Words of Encouragement for God's People

"He Heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." (Psalm 147:3)

No matter what life puts you through never let it have power over you or ever make you doubt the faith you have in God.

I am sorry for starting off this post like this, but I only know to speak from the soul more than my heart. The Holy Spirit that lives within me understands the pain we feel and also go through every single day. But I am not so sorry for dedicating this post to you all because that is where my heart lays heavily. As a human being we go through unbearable situations in life. Sometimes, I wonder if it is because we are warriors in the eyes of God and God has installed a gift of courage in our hearts or maybe because he believes so much in us that we seem to doubt if we will ever reach our full potential on this earth.

Anyway, I do not want to go too in depth and start questioning God asking him why this and why that... But what I am led to do is encourage you all out there to lean on God. God is the only appropriate person to go to if you are in need of love, comfort and peace. At times we feel the pain has cut too deep that it makes us bleed. Now how can we begin to understand what we seem to be going through? Sometimes life does not make sense, at times the experiences we go through might be preventable but feel uncomfortable after we allow our flesh to take over in most situations. I believe everything happens for a reason and what you are going through is not a mistake. It is meant to push you closer to God and strengthen you. Every season has a purpose. Every chapter has a story with a end and a beginning. Your journey will be tested. You will come across many temptations.

Life might seem suffocating, but please do not lose hope because God is in control of today and tomorrow. If God has not giving up on you then what gives you the right to give up on yourself. Remember, your creator knows you more than you know yourself. Go through this journey with the mentality that you have already won the fight even if your flesh feels like it has been badly bruised. You will OVERCOME! Our ever so wise Father said,"For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." -  (Isaiah 41:13)
