"Even youth shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but those who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." - Isaiah 40:30-31
1. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:6-7
2. "Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you." - 1 Peter 5:7
3. "Come to me, all you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest."- Matthew 11:28
4. "I can do all things through God who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13
5. "Don't let your hearts be troubled, Trust in God, and trust also in me." - John 14:1
6. "God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble." - Psalms 46:1
7. "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose" - Romans 8:28
8. "Also always remember, Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin.Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." - Matthew 6:25-34
9. "May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors;may he never leave us or abandon us." 1 Kings 8:57
10. "This is my command. Be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." - Joshua 1:9
I truly recommend that you write these bible verses down or while you are reading the word of God ask God to enlighten you on certain verses that could help you. What also helps me is writing down a few bible verses on a note card and taping them on my wall. I go to them whenever I feel stressed or don't have the strength to keep going. When times get tough SAY these verses OUT LOUD :)
Congratulations to the graduating class of 2015 and to those who will be starting classes again spring semester 2016 I truly hope what I have shared will help you finish strong this coming year.
